Starting point

Busy some weeks, empty others.

The shop was doing quality work and had the reviews to prove it. What it didn't have was any predictable way for new customers to find it. Business came from walk-ins, referrals and whatever the algorithm happened to do with an occasional post.

There was content, posted inconsistently. There had been ads at various points. Nothing was tracked, so no one could say which of it had ever produced a customer — or whether any of it had.

The result was a calendar that swung between overbooked and empty, with no way to influence which week was which.

What we did

Put a system where there wasn't one.

We installed The Lead Engine. Tracking went in first, so that from day one every inquiry could be counted and attributed. Then a shoot day at the shop produced a month of real content — actual installs, actual results, actual staff.

That content fed a managed Meta lead campaign running at $30 a day. New leads got an immediate response rather than waiting for someone to check a phone between jobs. Each week the owner got a report with the leads, the spend and the cost per lead.

Nothing exotic. The shop's advantage was that all of it ran consistently, and somebody was watching the numbers.

Result

363 warm leads in the first month.

Thirty days in, the campaign had produced 363 warm leads — people who asked about a specific service and left their contact details. From zero inbound before we started, on $30 a day.

The more useful change was quieter: the owner could finally see what marketing was producing, week to week, in numbers rather than impressions. Booking stopped being a matter of hoping.

The number matters. Knowing where it came from matters more.

Your turn

50 warm leads in your first 30 days.

Or we keep working completely free until you hit that number. Three new clients per quarter.
